Faulty Device Exchange

If you have a fault on your library, you can open a ticket in our support portal (https://magstor.freshdesk.com/support/home) and we’ll help confirm the faulty part and if needed, send a replacement part for next day delivery. We’ll help you with any installation support needed and you’ll be back in business. Simply return the defective part in the same box within 10 business days. (If not a non-returned core fee will apply)

Upgrade Device Exchange

Magstor will advance exchange a refurbished higher capacity LTO replacement drive for your MSL Library with a 6 mos. warranty. Once you place your order, we’ll ship your upgrade drive and include  return shipping label on the box for you to return the original drive. Please note that additional fees will apply for non-returned cores or cores received with damage or defects. Technical support is included to help make sure you are up and running with your upgraded LTO drive in no time.

Maintenance Agreement

Magstor will provide an advance exchange annual maintenance agreement for your HP MSL Library. This enables you to open a service ticket for support and advance exchange parts replacement at anytime during your coverage period.
