Important Warranty Program Update
Effective August 28, 2026, MagStor has officially discontinued its five-year warranty uplift program and Advanced Exchange offerings.
Our BASE Series products will continue to offer an optional three-year warranty upgrade, extending the standard one-year warranty.
All existing warranty contracts will remain valid and will be honored according to their original terms.
This change is necessary due to rapidly increasing material costs, which have made it unsustainable to continue these programs. We remain committed to providing dependable products, responsive service, and valuable support options for our customers.
