The MagStor M3000E is a high-capacity 3U LTO tape library built for organizations that need scalable automated tape storage in a dense rackmount design. With 40 slots and support for up to 3 full-height or 6 half-height drives in the base chassis, the M3000E is well suited for enterprise backup, media archive, research data retention, compliance storage, and long-term disaster recovery workflows.

Scalable Capacity: From 1.6PB up to 25.6PB Native, Uncompressed Storage

The M3000E starts with 40 slots for up to 1.6PB native capacity using LTO-10 40TB cartridges. As storage needs grow, the platform can scale up to 640 slots and up to 16 full-height or 48 half-height drives for as much as 25.6PB of native, uncompressed LTO-10 capacity.

The M3000E can be purchased as a 0-drive library chassis or configured with LTO SAS/FC drive bundle options, including higher-performance MAX drive configurations where available.
